Thank you for shopping with SYA. As a brand dedicated to providing high-quality essentials, we want to ensure you find your perfect fit. Please read our policy carefully as we ship internationally and maintain strict hygiene standards.
1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.
2. HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS (Non-Returnable Items)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged :
* All Adhesive Bras & Nipple Covers (including our "Curve-Boost", "Lace Double Lift", and "Aero-Skin" collections).
* Any item where the hygiene seal or protective film has been removed.
* Final sale items and Gift Cards.
3. CLOTHING RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Dresses & Outfits)
We understand that finding the right fit is important. For clothing items, we offer the following:
A. Sizing Support & Responsibility
* Before You Purchase: We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart on each product page.
* Consult Our Team: If you are unsure, please contact us via Email or Instagram DM to confirm your measurements before placing an order.
* Exchange Policy: * If you consulted our team and the size is still not right, we will prioritize your exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit.
* If an order was placed without prior consultation and requires a size exchange, we are happy to assist, but the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping expenses.
B. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be:
* In the same condition you received them: unwashed and unworn (trying on is okay!).
* Free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.).
* With all original tags and packaging intact.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at sya.help@outlook.com.
* Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
* Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
* Approval: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
6. REFUNDS AS STORE CREDIT
To support our small business and maintain our global shipping operations, we do not offer cash refunds.
* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
* Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit (E-Gift Card).
* This credit never expires and can be used for any future Sya collections.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING TIME

International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
